I think I HAVE learned something from the last, what, month or so?

It’s to be open with how you are feeling about something before things go out of control. I know it sometimes really hard to do that. I still have problems with it even now…

But sometimes, it’s best to just SAY how you feel, when you feel it.

I know it’s scary to think. Maybe you’ll say something wrong? Maybe if it’s someone you have a friendship with, you could mess that up?

These are all things that bother me when something like that comes up for me.

But it seriously is better to say something about whatever is bothering you as soon as it does, because I know from experience, letting something that honestly bothers you a lot just sit in your brain will make you feel worse and worse until you can barely stand it. So if someone ever says something that hurts you, or makes you uncomfortable, say something about it. It will help the person who said whatever understand how you feel on the issue, and it will put your mind at rest.
